About
Life just happened until one day when I realised I had failed to foresee where I’m going. On Monday November 10, 2008 I resigned from my day job because I didn’t see where I was going with it or my life. This happens to everyone of us – we aim for something and while working on it we get carried into what we never wanted to do. We fail to ask why we are where we are. Why are we doing what we are? We explore and try to answer these questions here on Maverick Saint.
You don’t need to put any effort or adhere to a strict routine. You don’t have to meditate or practice yoga or chant a mantra.
“Life is really simple, but we insist on making it complicated.”
-Confucius
All we need to do is find a few moments of solitude and think back – reflect back on what we do, why we do, what we are and what we really want to be. I’m just like everyone of us – 28 years. Man is a survivor and so am I. I’ve see a close one face a deadly disease and then get out of it. I’ve seen how the beloved kids of my neighbor grew into people who’d want to do away with the responsibility towards their parents. Their action or “karma” breeds undesired fruit.
Let’s spend a moment to think back and do one good thing a day – a few moments of solitude is all you need become the person that you want to be. I’ve taken a U turn in my life to become the person I always wanted to be. Join me because living is an art and that’s what this site is all about. Let’s make a difference to your everyday life – for the better – for you and for all.
